- Customers must provide proof of the expiry date (photo or scan of the product label) to process the refund.
2. Quality Concerns for Fresh Produce:
- In case of spoiled vegetables or fruits, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence with package opening.
- Refunds will be issued upon verification of the complaint and proof provided.
3. Subscription Services:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds for the current billing cycle will not be issued.
4. General Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are subject to the customer’s satisfactory reason for returning the product.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3-7 business days upon approval.
- Tenzify reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the complaint is not justified or lacks proof.
