Refund Policy for Tenzify – Meta Commerce Business

1. Refunds for Expired or Near Expiry Date Products:

  • Customers may request a refund for products with expired dates or expiry within 15 days of receipt.
  • Refunds are applicable only for processed packaged items excluding non-processed foods and vegetables.
  • Customers must provide proof of the expiry date (photo or scan of the product label) to process the refund.

2. Quality Concerns for Fresh Produce:

  • In case of spoiled vegetables or fruits, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence with package opening.
  • Refunds will be issued upon verification of the complaint and proof provided.

3. Subscription Services:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, but refunds for the current billing cycle will not be issued.

4. General Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are subject to the customer’s satisfactory reason for returning the product.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 3-7 business days upon approval.
  • Tenzify reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the complaint is not justified or lacks proof.
