This website, www.tenzify.in, is operated by Hydro E11 Studios Private Limited (HE11S), an Indian company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act of 1956/2013. This policy is issued by HE11S, and by placing an order on this site, you enter into a purchase/sale transaction with HE11S. The terms and conditions are as follows:
Definition
- Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions, including all schedules, appendices, annexures, privacy policy, and any amendments.
- www.tenzify.in or the “Site”: The online shopping portal owned and operated by HE11S, providing a platform for shoppers to purchase products.
- Vendor/Seller/Affiliate: The individual or legal entity offering and selling products or services on www.tenzify.in.
- Customer/Buyer: The individual or legal entity accepting the offer for sale on the site by placing an order for or purchasing products.
- User/You: Refers to anyone using or accessing the services on the Site.
Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are legally competent and eligible to enter into a binding agreement and have the authority to bind the other party to this Agreement. Do not use this Site if you are not legally competent to contract under applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Terms
This Agreement is in effect as long as you use the site. The site offers an online shopping platform for users to purchase products and services based on the terms and conditions outlined here. By clicking “Proceed to Payment,” you agree to use the Services in accordance with these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
Termination
Either you or HE11S can terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. HE11S reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate your access to the products and services on the site without notice.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
HE11S may modify the terms and conditions on the Site at any time without prior notice. Check the latest version regularly. If you continue to use the site, you accept and abide by the modified terms and conditions.
Online Shopping Platform
You use the services on this Site at your own risk and with prudence. HE11S is not liable for errors or omissions, whether by itself or third parties. Ensure that your shipping address is correct. When you place an order, it’s a firm commitment to purchase, and you must complete the transaction without contesting it. Review product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Product Pricing
Product prices on the website are current. While we make every effort for accuracy, errors may occur. HE11S reserves the right to cancel an order if a refund is due. Refunds are credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days or to the original payment mode.
Offer & Cashback
- Maximum Cashback up to Rs. 150
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
- Limited to one offer per address.
- Valid on the first recharge only.
- Cashback cannot be refunded.
- Cashback cannot be used to purchase prepaid products.
Wallet Transactions
Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits:
All wallet transactions on Tenzify must be within the permitted limits. The minimum amount for any transaction is ₹10, and the maximum limit is ₹1499 per transaction.
Wallet-to-Wallet Transfers:
Tenzify allows wallet-to-wallet transfers between registered users. A 1% transaction fee will be charged for each wallet-to-wallet transfer.
Transaction Fee Details:
The 1% transaction fee is automatically deducted from the sender’s wallet at the time of transfer.
Non-Refundable Fee:
The transaction fee collected is non-refundable under any circumstances, including failed or reversed transfers.
Transfer Limits:
Users can perform a maximum of 5 wallet-to-wallet transfers per day to avoid misuse and maintain system integrity.
Usage of Wallet Balance:
Wallet balance can be used only for purchases made within the Tenzify platform or for valid wallet-to-wallet transfers.
Wallet Funding:
Wallets can be funded via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking through approved payment gateways.
Fraud Monitoring:
Tenzify reserves the right to review and suspend wallet activities if any suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized usage is detected.
No Interest Policy:
Wallet balances do not earn any interest or rewards and are not linked to any banking instruments.
Inactivity Clause:
If a wallet remains inactive for over 6 months, Tenzify may temporarily disable the wallet and notify the user for reactivation.
Transfer Reversals:
Wallet-to-wallet transfers are final and irreversible once completed, unless proven fraudulent or mistakenly processed.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription through the Tenzify Site/App or customer support. Multiple accounts with the same address are not allowed. A cancellation charge of Rs. 100 will apply if the customer denies taking the FnV order at the time of delivery.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the privacy policy and other rules and policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and HE11S regarding your use of the site, supersedes all prior communications and proposals, and reserves any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
Communication
By registering with Tenzify, you give permission to receive notifications on WhatsApp.
Billing Policy & Payment
- Billing cycle is every 15 days.
- For cash payment, submit the OTP sent to your registered mobile number before handing cash to the delivery partner.
- Cheques should be made payable to Hydro E11 Studios Private Limited.
- Transaction details for the last six months are available.
- Customers can download the latest bills through Tenzify site/App.
Return Policy
Perishable products like vegetables and fruits are not returnable. Packed items with issues such as passed Manufacture date before opening can be returned. If you want to return a product not required, Tenzify may deny the request.
Nach Mandate and Transaction Management
- Transactions are processed on business days.
- Revoking the NACH Mandate requires two days’ notice.
- Transaction success is reflected in the account.
- Destination Bank actions may affect the NACH Mandate.
Limitation of Liability
Tenzify is not liable for transaction issues due to inaccurate, insufficient, or encumbered destination accounts. Tenzify’s liability is limited to the extent agreed with the acquiring bank.
Prepaid Products
To order a prepaid product, recharge your Tenzify wallet with the MRP of the selected product via available payment modes.
Communication Policy
By signing up with Tenzify, you agree to receive communication via WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, email, customer support calls, app, and website.

Tenzify is not liable for declined authorization due to exceeding preset limits.
